so i've been working on this abstract environment for a few weeks now (on and off). the composition has changed quite a lot during this time. trying to make something abstract and trying to make it make sense at the same time is harder than it sounds! i think i've finally nailed it down to something i like. i'll be coloring this starting tonight.

goal: create an abstract environment with multiple styles of architecture (and being able to make it still somewhat cohesive)
